Terrible investment buying the purifiers! And the filters are over priced! 4 year old units and they don’t really work. Have to be filters form them! Company is just over!

Very loud on auto
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We very rarely are able to put our Molekule on Auto because it is wayyy too loud for us and our space. Because of that, we don't really get the benefit of the cleanest air possible. We prefer our original Molekule Air to the Air Pro model. Disappointed in this newer model.

Great filter
Great filter but is wayy overpriced I am a hvac guy and buy and change filters all the time. I have never seen a filter this ridiculously expensive that takes this long to get to my house. Almost been a week and it is still not here. Maybe Molekule could make a purifier that filters could be made custom locally. Just an idea.

Disappointment
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had all kinds of problems with the device itself. I’ve had to send it back and get a new one.The filter doesn’t seem to get a whole lotta air flow through it. The results of the brand new filter seemed to only last about three or four weeks. And a new filter is just outrageously priced now. I will not be purchasing any additional replacement filters in the future. Just does not seem to clean the air in my home.Like today, we have air quality warnings due to wind. And this is what the device says on it. But yesterday there were no high winds and it said extremely dirty. Just not really great.

I'm sorry to hear that you were experiencing problems with your air purifier, and I'm glad we were able to send you a new one. Our filters have been tested rigorously and found that it starts to lose it's efficiency starting on the 6-month mark of daily use. It's understandable that you that you feel that a brand new filter only last 3-4 weeks since it does take time to calibrate the sensor with each new filter change and clean your air. As for the air quality warnings, I suggest cleaning the sensors with a microfiber cloth to make sure it's not giving any false readings. Depending on where your air purifier is located, we recommend having it in a location with decent air flow.
