    Stopped working after 3 weeks

    Stopped working after 3 weeks. Thought it was my wires that weren't working, switch back over to my old box with the same wired and worked perfectly. So it had to be the otter box plug in

    Doesn't work as it should.

    My product will not charge items from the type C ports. I was trying to work through the warranty process for a new one to be sent, but have been unsuccessful as of yet. They want pictures of the item, but pictures do not show the issue.
