Doesn’t keep food hot.
I stupidly purchased two of these. Both of my kids came home and said that their lunches were cold. I have tried a few more times and same results everytime. Also the gold color is peeling off. So ugly. And useless.

Bentgo Stainless Container difficult to clean
Initially it was quite good for my sons lunch but then when there is food left in the container which then lodges itself in the lid it can be difficult to clean. I like others as it appears have became frustrated with the container being difficult to clean. Apart from being difficult to put back on, the constant removing of the seal caused it to start tearing. Now I'm not sure what to do and whether or not I need to find another solution for my sons lunch container

Excellent product
Omg this product is very amazing we are using daily base for cold and hot and it does keep food hot and cold for several hours .I will recommend 💯to buy for adults lunch or teenagers. It's honest review I am not influencer or blog maker.

Awful valve design
I thought it was great initially, with the wide opening. I quickly discovered food gets trapped in the rubber seal of the valve, so you have to remove the seal each time the thermos is used. Apart from being difficult to put back on, the constant removing of the seal caused it to start tearing. I then also discovered there is no way to clean inside the valve unless you pry the valve apart, which will just break out eventually. Inside was full of mould. What a waste of money.

capacity issue
The workmanship was good. The photo was a little misleading as it shows contents of item much higher in container than the screw on lid actually allows.

Not excited
I have two of these that I bought at the same time because I liked the salad bowls that you guys have. These are 1) difficult to open as others have said once they are closed because the outside of the container is so smooth, 2) the images for the product are not accurate because they show food filled to the brim but when I fill these up I absolutely cannot go even a little bit above the lowest thread or it will overflow, also 3) I knew it was not dishwasher-safe when I bought it so that’s on me but it has become a bit of an inconvenience cleaning these.

Waste of money
I’ve used this a hand full of times, hand washed only and for some reason the lid is stuck on and i can’t get it off. I don’t know what happened but I now need to throw it out. A waste of money. Don’t bother.

Is this dishwasher safe??
The lid is has retained water from the dishwasher and I can't get it out.

To prolong the life of the product and preserve the leak-proof seal, we highly recommend hand washing with warm water and soap rather than placing it in the dishwasher. Please also note that this container is not microwave safe. Due to condensation, it’s possible for water to become trapped inside the lid. To remove the trapped water, you can try pressing the valve on the lid and giving the container a gentle shake. Bentgo Insulated Stainless Steel Food Container
I have issues with this item. It is larger than I expected and holds more food than I usually eat for a meal. The lid easily becomes cross threaded and is then hard to get off, especially because it is so smooth on the outside and is too large for me to hold comfortably in my hand so I can take the lid off. And even after I preheated the container before putting in the hot food my food is still barely warm by lunch. I am quite disappointed by these results.

Poor design pool
The flask is poorly made. The lid is very difficult to open and the plastic lid is not durable as it breaks easily. Rendering the whole flask useless.

We used it once, opened no problem. Now we cannot open the lid. It is permanently sealed.Completely useless.

Somewhat happy!
The size and quality is excellent, but the lid is a trouble. It's not east to put it on and hard to open when food is in it.
