On my second bottle from this brand and can definitely say this brand crystallizes significantly quicker than other brands. Won’t be buying it again as it happened both times

Good news: You’ve got real honey in that bottle! As you may know, crystallization is the natural progression of 100% pure, raw & unfiltered honey. The rate of crystallization varies based on the honey produced by the bees and other conditions, including storage temperature and light. You can bring it back to liquid by placing our BPA-free bottle in a large bowl of very warm (but not boiling) water. We’d still like to gather more product information and make this better for you. If you’re a honey fan- probably pass on this. Flavor isn’t very strong- kind of thin. I use honey in a lot of my everyday foods and this is slightly sweet- but nothing distinct. For the color level I thought it might be sweeter.

Disappointed

I use honey almost on a daily basis. I love local honey or honey I know that hasn’t been processed. I have tried several honey and know what I like and what I don’t like about them. The first 2 times I got this honey I loved it but the last two times it has tasted awful! Like plastic/ fake. I’m not sure what it is but I will no longer be buying it from a grocery store. I will stick to my local honey or buy it from somewhere I know it fresh and not processed (honeyville Colorado)
