Uses helps prevent sunburn, if used as directed with other sun protection measures (see Directions), decreases the risk of skin cancer and early skin aging caused by the sun

Directions

Directions shake well before use, use in a well-ventilated area, apply generously 15 minutes before sun exposure, hold can 4-6 inches away from the skin to apply, do not spray directly into face and avoid breathing mist, spray into hands then apply to face . do not apply in windy conditions, reapply: after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying at least every 2 hours Sun Protection Measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and take other sun protection measures, including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m .- 2 p.m. wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses, Children under 6 months of age: Ask a doctor.

  • A: While our formula is specifically designed to melt into skin and not leave an opaque white cast on any skin tone, it is possible that, depending on the skin, it may leave the skin with the appearance of a slightly different tone. No mineral sunscreen is able to be 100% clear and invisible, as the zinc oxide sits on top of the skin in order to reflect the rays. Our SPF is a safe, clean, reef-friendly formula that provides maximum SPF 50 protection and blendability without any chemical UV blockers or nanoparticles.

    Doesn't work

    My review from last year was removed for some reason. Between 2023 and 2024, the formulation of this product was changed, leaving horrible burns for several family members even with frequent reapplication. Beware, especially if you're using it on little ones!

    Completely useless as a sunscreen

    Myself, my husband, and my sister used this Pipette mineral spray sunscreen for the first time for a day at the beach. Reapplied every hour to 90 minutes. We were completely covered by white so I know I didn’t miss any spots. All three of us are very sunburned. This product is dangerous. Do not recommend. I’m so glad I didn’t use it on my kids.

    Best mineral sunscreen for my littles!

    This is the best sunscreen we’ve tried by far. We prefer mineral sunscreen, and it is not as thick as others. It’s the only one I’ll get for my kiddos.

    A sensitive skin favorite in our house!

    Sensitive skin girlies here. We currently use the sunscreen lotion from Pipette and love it, but this spray bottle makes application so much easier on my 3.5-year-old. It has no smell and is not greasy. I'm honestly really impressed by the spout/sprayer. It has GREAT pressure and still worked even when I forgot to close the cap for 3 days... There is a slight white cast, but I welcome it when it comes to my toddler. Not only does it help me ensure I have covered all of her exposed skin, but I also feel like it's providing more protection. We also got the sunscreen stick for face application.
