Poor customer service for missing item
I ordered this as part of a drive up order, and after I got home well after the store closed for the day, I realized the store neglected to give me this item. I tried to report the item as missing and request a refund, but was unable to do so through the app. After speaking with a customer service rep, who stated that it was my fault the item was missing because I didn't check the order before leaving, she offered no resolution to the missing item other than me to drive back to the store the following day to request the missing item. Ridiculous that they can't just give me a refund for such a small amount. Now I have to drive across town to pick up soap. Very unsatisfied!

Awful Clogging Dish Soap
This is the worst dish soap I have ever used. It clogs up the bottle so badly you need to unclog it EVERY TIME you want to use it. Once you can get it out of the bottle it works well, giving it the only star it deserves.

Had this item shipped to me, not a good idea. The cap was taped to prevent leakage, which I appreciated, but the cap was completely destroyed. I will buy again, it is a great value and works well but not have it shipped.

Abrasive on skin
This soap makes the skin on my hands peel. I stopped buying it, but then my partner did and I tried it again. Same thing, my skin started drying out and peeling off on the tips of ny fingers. I feel like there should be a class action for how abrasive it is on skin.

DO NOT BUY!! This is my second time buying this product i just honestly needed soap and my usual target doesn’t sell the bigger dove so I got this one. On my way home after purchasing i open my bag the entire bottle leaked everywhere and ruined my bag. Not sure how since it was a new bottle and was sealed. The cap and 75% of the content of the bottle was all over my thing. Everything was ruined and it was a horrible mess to clean up.
