So it was a bit frustrating. (This might be a normal thing, this was my first time getting a capture card tho) I love how sleek and clean this capture card looks~ uwu

I tested the Neo with an Xbox 360 and it was plug and play with my OBS Software. 0 issues with OBS finding the capture card once plugged in. From OBS you can also adjust the color settings for the card, or dive deeper with the Elgato Capture Card software. I have yet to test on an iPad, but have been impressed with the quality using my Xbox 360 so far.

Just to be sure: Have you already tried some of our troubleshooting steps? For example: Have you disabled HDCP on your source? This is a common problem, we respect copy protection and if this is active you will not be able to use the Game Capture Neo. Our colleagues can also take a look to see if the fault lies elsewhere. Works great on macOS and iPadOS. Elgato did a great job with this device. Straight out the box plug-n-play awesome, works on OBS, Streamlabs Desktop, QuickTime, StreamYard and many more! Now with iPadOS I was very impressed of how well this capture card works using Elgato Capture the new iPad app, very solid great for getting a nice 1080p 60fps picture of gameplay. Definitely would recommend buying this, it doesn’t break the bank.
