It has a balance issue, and it broke within a week.

I’ve only owned this rack for 3 months (bought in December), and I’m extremely disappointed. When I first got it, I was happy with it—it seemed sturdy and offered more hanging space than my previous plastic rack. Unfortunately, that impression didn’t last long. Last night I put a normal full load of clothes on it, and when I came home from work the rack was half collapsed. Three of the bars had completely snapped off and were lying on the floor. A clothing rack should absolutely be able to handle a full load of clothes, and the fact that it failed this quickly raises serious concerns about the quality and durability. What’s even more frustrating is that I can’t get a refund or even a replacement. For a product that failed after such a short time, that’s unacceptable. I liked the design and the extra hanging space, but the construction clearly isn’t strong enough. Buyers should be aware that this rack may not hold up under normal use, especially if you plan to fully load it with clothes.

In spite of the bad reviews, I needed to replace my old drying racks. I purchased 3. They are exactly as described! The key to these racks is to make sure all parts are snapped completely in. They are foldable, and worth every penny. Just unsnap the top, and it folds down easily. Do not hesitate due to bad reviews. I feel they just didn't put them together properly.

PIECE OF GARBAGE. 1 star is too many. 10 minutes after I put it together, not one but two rods broke right off. Cannot be reattached. Target wouldn't refund me either.

Item never arrived.

This rack is terrible. The sticks are dislodging all the time and it’s very difficult to get it set up and put away. It makes no sense that the poles are not permanently attached to the rack.

Among everything else, this is why I don't like shopping at Target. The quality is literal garbage. The rack is supposed to be collapsible. It's not. It's supposed to be steel. I received plastic. One of the bars wasn't even the right length so I couldn't connect it. I had to return it. It is nothing like the product description and it's awful, cheap quality. Save your time and money.

This is a drying rack that is meant to stay standing instead of regularly folded up and stored in a closet. I have a small city apartment so don't have the space to keep it out. It's a little flimsy so every time I took it out, the bars fell apart and I had to reconnect everything. One of the bars has already snapped in only two uses, so I can't even use it anymore. Unfortunately, my return window has expired so I'm stuck with it. If you have the space to keep the rack out at all times, then it does have a lot more hanging room than other racks I've had in the past. But for smaller spaces, this is definitely a no.

Put together easy and works but absolutely doesn't not fold for storage which was one of the reasons I purchased this one so that was disappointing

finally upgraded my drying rack after dealing with my old falling apart one. This one is very sturdy and much larger than my last with more poles that are much wider. So happy with a bigger size

The product is fine. It’s the shipping that took forever. Said it was coming on a Wednesday and showed up the next Monday.

I was excited to get this but mine came with the wrong sized poles for the top section, they were all supposed to be the same size and two of them were longer and wouldn’t fit. There was no information on the instructions or in the box to contact the company.
