I've never met an OXO product I didn't like until I purchased this. It's constantly clogged. I've only owned it for a few months and I'm about to repalce it with a different brand. Save your money with this one.

Broke after a year
Workied well until it didnt which was about 1 year. I guess I am showing my age in saying they just don't make things like they used to. My former dispenser was oxo and worked for years with zero issued until someont dropped it and it broke. So, I purchased this one becuase I liked a specific foaming soap and had high hopes. But it lasted all of 14 months in a hosehold of 2 adults. Would not recommend.

Gets clogged very easily
I’ve only owed this pump for about six months, it seems to get clogged very easily. I think a bit of soap must dry in the pump somewhere, I was able to fix it by soaking it in hot water for half an hour, only for it to happen again a month later.

DO NOT BUY! I bought 3 of these for bathrooms and kitchen, and all three broke in less than a year. I had hoped they would be of high quality and that they would last, but all three pumping mechanisms declined in functionality and stopped working. JUNK.

A name brand store has recently changed how the dispenser head rotates. This left the spout on the wrong side in our house. This dispenser solved all that. It works fantastic with my foaming hand soaps.

Do not buy a foaming soap dispenser by ANY BRAND. The filter inside the pump will eventually clog and fail. More plastic waste and frustration. Buy a regular dispenser instead.

Stops working after 2 fills
This soap dispenser has some sort of systemic problem. The first one I bought worked through two refills, then the pump would no longer move when pressed. I requested a warranty replacement and the EXACT same thing happened - worked through a couple of refills, then just stopped. OXO products are usually very reliable but this one is a big disappointment.

Loved it until pump stopped working
I love foaming soap bc it performs better and lasts longer than liquid soap undiluted. So, I was thrilled to find this OXO foam soap dispenser -- until the pump stopped working. Now, I have to use both hands to pull up the pump back to its dispense mode. I love other OXO products.

Great foaming soap dispenser
This is another quality OXO product. It fills easily, and has a convenient fill line for the liquid soap. It also dispenses easily. I've had many other foaming soap dispensers that have cheap metal spouts that either break or turn green at the opening. I'm not a fan of plastic in general, but this is one instance where it makes sense. My local Target didn't carry these, but shipping was fast.

Stopped working after a month
Very disappointed. I like this brand and thought that I was getting a good-quality foaming soap dispenser that would last awhile. However, I purchased three, and each stopped pumping properly within 1-2 months of standard use. The soap would no longer come out. There appears to be a flaw in the design, and I sadly do not recommend.
