Careful
The lid around the nipple is always very hot when removing the bottle from the warmer, even when removing it with the basket as instructed. I also wish there was a better way to empty the water. It has to be emptied after each use, but this is done by having to turn the whole warmed upside down. Hopefully you’re using the warmer right by your sink and don’t burn yourself in the process.

Horrible bottle warmer!!
Inconsistent heating!!! The bottles will turn out ice cold or boiling hot, but never the proper temperature. It is so frustrating, especially in the middle of the night. Do not buy!!!!

Inconsistent “warming” if you can even call it that. Run it once on proper setting still ice cold, run it again on same setting for different bottle but same amount and it’s scalding hot. If I could give zero stars I would. We will be returning for a full refund and finding something else

Do not buy
It seems to be too cold after the first time and then I’ll set it again and it’s boiling hot. I can’t seem to get it to consistently heat accurately.

Good for steam disinfectant only in my opinion
It's an amazing steam disinfectant!! I love putting my baby's binkies in there to get disinfected but I do NOT recommend as a bottle warmer. It honestly sucks. Takes forever to warm up and have to wait a long time to cool down a little bit because you'll burn yourself if you get the bottle right away.

Don't buy, get something else!
Works some of the time, the rest it's either too cold or too hot. you have to dump the water and refill each and every time you use it, which for night-time feedings is a bit much. Also, mine leaks from the bottom. When I go to dump the remaining water, and I turn it back upright...water comes pouring from an opening in the bottom of the device...right next to the power cord. Not only is it annoying, but dangerous. It also looks like moisture is building up behind the screen on the body of the warmer; the numbers and prompts are slightly distorted due to these droplets. I wish I could return it, but it was a gift from our regustry, it's been used multiple times, and the box has been long thrown out. Skip this one and try something different. Unfortunately I can't afford a new one duebto bei g out on maternity leave, so I have to stick with it. 🙄😫

Not impressed -- sometimes it warms the bottle too much. Sometimes the bottle stays cold. Sometimes you have to run it twice and it comes out boiling. Dumping the water after each use and re-filling gets frustrating, too.

Annoying
I've only used the cold and normal setting and it's never correct. If you enter the ounces you want to warm up with the cold setting, then it over heats it to the point it stings my wrist. I always have to cool it down with cold water, even if I enter one ounce less. For the normal setting, I have to increase the ounces or it doesn't warm up correctly. Furthermore, you have to add 40 ml of water EVERY TIME. You need to dump the remaining water and add another 40 ml each time. Super inconvenient, especially for the overnight shifts I have with my baby.

We bought this warmer for our upstairs, we have a different momcozy warmer downstairs which is my favorite. We saw this one while in Target went ahead & bought it since we were needing an extra. I wanted to love it, but it is very frustrating at 2am and 4 am feedings when I warm up bottles (glass bottles) the first time it’s still cold & the second time extremely hot, makes for an upset baby and mama ! Do yourself a favor and skip this one!

Don't waste your time or money
Despite the overall good reviews, I should have actually looked at recent reviews which also have 1 star. This bottle warmer promises to save the day and make things easier and supports multiple milk temps and bottle temps, but in reality it just makes more stress. The first time we used it the milk was still super cold. Ran it again and the milk was way too hot. Tried using a few more days thinking there was a learning curve, maybe it would work out good more times than not, but 10/10 times the milk does is NOT the right temp. Extremely inconsistent and extremely frustrating. Using a bowl of hot water on the counter is way more consistent. Even if it worked, you have to dump out the water after every use and measure a new amount each time. Design does not allow water to drain/evaporate out after use either, and you can’t access under the grate where the water goes which would making cleaning difficult and would be a great place for germs to grow. Save your money…don’t buy this.

Only used maybe 5 times and it had black mold on it. Also, when it warms the bottles the water literally boils.

Waste of purchase. Immediate return.
Garbage purchase. We purchased because we wanted something that could make a portion of our parenthood days a bit easier. Wrong. Absolutely wrong. For starters, the instructions are vague - both the manual and the quick instructions on the side of the machine. Are we supposed to add 40 ml each time? The purpose of the basket? Next is the worst part - it falsely advertises being able to "fit bottles of all sizes." It does not fit our 8 oz Dr. Brown tall bottles, making it useless unless if your past the 2 oz bottles and requiring you to basically buy bottles that fit. We had some of the Medala storage bags so we used one to test out the machine and we found that 1) it overheated the milk to the point where we had to wait an additional 10 minutes for it to cool and 2) it says you can use these storage bags but we did not like that it came out smelling like burnt plastic. We're disappointed and glad we didn't purchase the warranty because this is just a horrible product all arounf. We will stick to manually heating up the bottles in a cup of hot water.
