Perfection!
Our sweet girl has been in a Pavlik harness for a few weeks now and we’re SO grateful for this specialized swaddle. Now she has the room for her hips and can still be comfy at night!

Sanity Saver for Safe Sleeping
When our newborn daughter was diagnosed with hip dysplasia at 3 days old, I knew that we needed to find sleepwear that would accommodate her harness safely while keeping her comfortable. When I learned through the International Hip Dysplasia Institute that Love to Dream had a harness compatible sleeper, I immediately ordered one. I recieved my package quickly after baby getting a hip dysplasia diagnosis and going into a brace. Makes night time a lot easier having this swaddle.

Our little one was born with severe hip dysplasia and went into a Pavlik Harness on her third day in the world. We were worried, she has a strong startle reflex and swaddling had been really helpful to ensure she stayed asleep. The Love to Dream hip swaddle fitted perfectly over the harness, unzips at the bottom for a quick night change. We couldn't be happier and neither could our little one.

The hip harness swaddle saved us from some sleeplesss nights when our daughter first went into the harness after being used to be swaddled. This was really important to our adjustment to the harness and made a difficult situation easier knowing we didn't have to worry about sleep. The only feedback I would give is that as it is 0 to 3 months it is a little long in the body (she went into the harness at 4 weeks old) which means we have to fold it up so it's not too tight around the straps on her legs.

Absolutely love the love dream
Absolutely love the love dream swaddle. For baby number one we used the traditional swaddling method with arms down but for baby number two she loves to sleep with her arms up beside her head. Just starting to transition the arms out now and it's going so brilliantly well she's just about sleeping through the night at 3 1/2 months old.

We love these swaddle bags.
We love these swaddle bags. This is our 6th one and my son (yes, boys can wear pink too! :) )is currently still growing into this size. I wanted to have the next size up in advance as we don't want to ever go without it but we use it when the others are in the laundry. The 0.2 tog seems perfect for our warm climate in Perth.

We were so grateful to find this for our granddaughter while she wore her hip brace. There is plenty of room in the bottom part for her legs to be in their natural position. The torso of the swaddle is tight, but that has been our experience with other Love to Dream products, and I think is part of the whole swaddling process. Thank you for making a product to fill a special need.

We used the Love to Dream regular swaddle for my baby and he loved it because he hated having his arms straight down in traditional swaddles. We would put him in it and he immediately knew it was nap time and went right to sleep. After his diagnosis of hip dysplasia I was so stressed wondering how he'd be able to sleep at night. Then I found that you make a swaddle just like his other, only this one accommodates his hip harness he will have to wear at night until 6 months old. He had such a hard fine adjusting to the harness and was not sleeping AT ALL at night except on my chest, so I was getting no sleep. About a week in we received our new Love to Dream hip harness swaddle and as soon as we zipped him up in it it was immediate comfort. My baby sleeps again, so we can sleep again. I am so grateful for you thinking of these sweet hip babies.

My daughter wore a pavlik harness for the first 7 weeks. By week 3 we needed a solution to her unsettled sleeping. A traditional swaddle wasn't working. We really should have bought 2 of these because by night 2 both she and we were dependent on it. Even now that her harness is off we have been told to leave her in it for a while because it allows her the space her hips and legs need while she adjusts. If you have a baby in a harness this is a must have.
