Falsly Advertised. Target POOR SERVICE

This item is NOT as depicted in image. No keyboard no pen. AND NO SERVICE from Target. Called 800# immediately upon receiving spent 20min on hold being transferred 3times. Told by “manager” he needed to verify and would call back in minutes-I confirmed he had my phone and email. 1 week later no call. This is clearly false representation of product-and POOR service for a longtime Red Card holder

Ok but not perfect

I bought the LCD version. It feels pretty much the same as surface pro 9. Although Microsoft claims that it’s 90% faster, I cannot feel it. The battery is also not significantly better. On a full charge, it can last about 5 to 6 hours on a combined use of video playing and writing. This is significantly shorter compared to iPad or Mac. It’s not hot when used for playing videos and processing documents. But it gets really hot when I download games using Steam.
