Doesn't do much for my hair

This has some great reviews and ratings, but it isn't doing much for my hair. I expected more, especially at this price. Even after using quite a bit of this leave in conditioner, my hair remains dry and frizzy looking. The smell is nice, something floral like jasmine or honeysuckle.
