But here's the cool part: you also have the option to control who can contact your child through the Gabb Phone. It's extra peace of mind! We have been Gabb customers for just about 1 year and recently upgraded our phone to the Gabb 4 Pro. The phone design is a little bit larger than our previous phone and has a higher quality camera built in. The content and features that are available with this upgraded phone are very nice! We have more data storage, and access to more music and apps. As a parent, security is important to me. I appreciate that Gabb has parental controls so we can see everything our children have access to and get notified if any texts are a concern. We highly recommend Gabb as a first phone for teens.

We ordered my daughter and son the new Gabb 4 pro phones. My son’s phone set up in mere minutes, easy as can be. My daughters had some trouble. She must have created a password and then couldn’t remember it. It was really a pain but Sierra worked with us and walked us through every step to get it fixed. When we ran into more issues setting up her phone Sierra was quick to respond, proactively troubleshooting and so patient. Seriously, she could run trainings on costumer service because she was the best! She worked with the tech specialist and never left me hanging. She was clear and detailed and responsive. It wasn’t a fun process and she was amazing through it all! The new phone looks amazing and my daughter is so excited to have a safe way to communicate when we’re apart. Thanks Sierra for saving us!

I like how the Gabb 4 pro offers more features (eg apps) for the older teen as they enter the workforce and need certain apps for scheduling and banking, etc. I feel like it is a great transitory step between a very basic phone (call and text only) to a full blown smartphone. I am not very techy, but I feel that the setup process could be more smooth as it seems every time i upgrade I have to talk with Gabb support. The support staff are fantastic, and I’m thankful for them. I just wish the transitions could be easier. And more self guided.

We love that it can do apps like Venmo, and gospel library. I also like that my son can have some data. My phone arrived quickly, and the discount for signing up with a contract was great! My son is starting a business and this will be great for tracking orders and locations.

Love all the apps and customization features within the phone so the kids can express their personality and preferences in a safe way. I like that there is still a lot of control from the parents apps. I would like to still have the focus mode option like the watches do but without it, hoping the kids will learn to be more responsible on their own. Getting the video chat feature set up on the parent app was a little difficult and we are having issues not being able to send links to friends and family to set up video feature, wish it was a little more easy and user friendly but technical support usually solves these issues quickly.

We have had good experiences with Gabb phones. We got one for our daughter at the end of 7th grade so that she could text with friends and with us. It allowed her to stay in the loop socially without the stress of monitoring apps and browsers and there was no question of creating social media accounts. The price point is good and while she complained about the camera quality and the difficulty in offloading photos, it did its job. Now we just purchased one for our son and we’re already having good conversations about the perils of large group chats and the house rules around phones. (Not kept in the bedroom overnight, not to be used at the dinner table)

I love Gabb!! I've had them for at least 4 years now, and just set up our 3rd phone model. We also have a watch. I'm excited for the 4 Pro phone for all the apps that my junior high kid can now use that he needs for school, sports, church, etc. I needed lots of help switching over to the 4 Pro, and customer service was fantastic helping me through all of my many questions. They solved all of my problems!! I always highly recommend Gabb to all my mom friends! I have the 4 Pro all set up, but I can't speak to longevity yet.

I had some technical issues getting the phone set up. It was a little frustrating initially. And I wasn’t able to use the phone for the first 2. 5 days after receiving it and shutting down my previous device. However Sara from customer service was incredibly helpful and worked with me to get it resolved and escalated it to the people that could help me. She also offered me great support and help in understanding how to use my phone to set it up appropriately for my child.

We have had the Pro 3 for almost a year and my son accidentally dropped it so we had to get a replacement. Customer Service has been phenomenal in helping me navigate through the replacement piece and answering all of my questions and helping me get the new phone set up as well as upgrade his plan. We have been so happy with the Gabb phone as it's just what we were looking for for our teen.
