This lotion is not hypoallergenic. I was using it on my baby and his cheeks would erupt in rashes. The skin around his eyes would also get really red. I tried eliminating so many things, changing my diet (since I’m breastfeeding), changing laundry detergent, changing the clothing material, etc. None of that worked. The moment I stopped using this lotion, the rash subsided.
