Great size for a 'lil ole granny who cant lift heavy pots

Aluminum and lightweight. It is well used in our household for soups, stews, and oven roasting. Initial buy was to use for bread however we are past that fad. The non-stick interior has held up well and even the bro-in-law commented he was going to get his wife one because it has a "see through lid". I do feel it is a bit overpriced.
