The item arrived cracked and when I tried to plug it in it didn't turn on. Target I'd denying my I option to return it. Don't buy this item!

Shame On You Target!
As others have stated, this item came damaged - the top left of the screen was smashed/shattered. The box seemed intact, which leads me to believe it was put in the box this way. This does feel a bit like a scam. With the shortened return time, and it being a Target + vendor, apparently Target will not help AT ALL in recouping your money if you’re just one day past the return window. I can’t believe I’m stuck with this completely useless monitor that I will probably have to PAY to recycle. Target needs to do better job vetting their Target + partners as well as standing behind the products they sell and offering reimbursement when products are delivered and are useless right out of the box.

What scam!!
I recognize That this item was refurbished and I was okay with that when purchasing it. However, this should not have been sold. The monitor itself was cracked in the corner, which and then messes up the screen once it is connected. And looking at the reviews, it seems that this monitor gets sent back and then sold again to multiple people.
