If you need to get this item by a certain time I would NOT purchase. Was supposed arrive yesterday and has still not even been shipped. Contacted target and they are unable to provide a refund until it is 4 buisness days late (which is beyond the time I needed this item)

Bad quality, impossible to replace broken parts
We ordered this cart to store kids' art supplies. After we'd already built the metal frame, we realized four of the plastic drawers were cracked(!). Costway wouldn't deal with us directly and insisted we work through Target. Through them, they said they couldn't send replacement parts. They didn't have any in the warehouse. (Nevermind that the exact same item was available for sale on their independent website.) Instead they offered a return & refund (impossible since it was already built) or to send a smaller, similar unit that we could strip for parts to replace the cracked drawers. We chose that and you'll never believe it but: The drawers on the replacement unit were ALSO cracked!! Fully half of them!!! Don't buy this item and don't buy from this company.

Like many said, the drawers aren't the best and come cracked. I tried reaching out to customer service but they won't replace the parts so the only option is to return it after buying another and swapping the buckets out (per customer service I was told to do this)

The item was easy to assemble, but almost every single plastic drawer was cracked or damaged and missing chunks of plastic. The metal components arrived rusty as well. It's very cheaply made and the drawers are very finicky. This definitely could not hold any heavy items.

Not white frame
This is clearly stated as a white frame. I didn’t notice right away, but after I put it in my white bathroom I could see how “not white” it actually is. The color is cream, but somehow looks old and dingy. I purchased a different one from container store, and that one comes with little stoppers so the drawers don’t fall out. The target one is quite a bit sub-par for the same money. I’ll be returning this to Target. Pic below is of the cream frame against my white bathroom.

Cute but too pricey
Very cute and my 3 year old loves it for his art supplies. Easy and fast to assemble. The drawers are a cheap plastic so it’s definitely not worth the original price but since I got it on sale for $90 it’s fine.
