Healthier Alternative
I just bought the Cuisinart Stainless Steel 8" Skillet. Cuisinart never claimed that it had a non-stick coating. So it works like a regular fry pan. I washed it good with hot water and soap. Then I coated it with some cooking oil. Yes; it stuck at first, I tried it again and turned the fire down. The more you use something like this, you learn how to use it better. Depends on your cooking style. The non-stick coating in other skillets breaks apart in the skillet and you cook it into your food.

The "good" reviews are probably fake
Wish I wouldn't have bothered with this pan. I ended up returning it because it discolored after the first use and would burn even on a low setting. I only used it 4 times before giving up. Not even bar keepers friend cleaned it/helped. Not worth the hassle, not good quality.

If I could rate this pan in the negative, I would. I have never used a piece of cookware worse than this. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY DIRECTLY INTO THE GARBAGE. This pan sticks like nothing I've ever used, and I have been using stainless steel cookware for almost 20 years. It is unusable for even the most basic recipes. It will ruin your food and render it inedible. Don't waste your time with this terrible product!

Terrible Pan
This pan is terrible. I don’t know why all of the other reviews are so great with photos of people cooking eggs, but this pan is absolute garbage. The pan itself burns and discolors every time you use it (even on a low temperature) and it’s a nightmare to clean. Save yourself the trouble and skip this one. Get a quality stainless steel pan because this one will drive you insane. I returned it. Zero stars.

Nice 8 inch stainless steel pan
This 8 inch Cuisinart Stainless Steel Pan can be used for lots of things. We used it for eggs, still sprayed it with oil even though it says nonstick and it.worked pretty well. I wish it had some type of covering on the handle because it still gets a little warm. We have to remember to use it on a smaller burner otherwise it would heat up. Dishwasher safe which is nice. We use this size pan fairly often.

Perfect omelette pan
Over the last couple years, I've been moving from non-stick to stainless. I've always liked Cuisinart's quality. This is my last item. Great quality, excellent price, and just the right size for an omelette or a couple over-easy. Made orange sauce for the Thanksgiving duck in it. Didn't scorch!

I really like this Cuisinart stainless steel fry pan. I’ve had other skillets but there’s definitely a higher quality to this one. First it was super easy to clean. After cooking an egg I got it spotless clean like brand new. Also I love the fact it’s dishwasher safe. It heated up quickly and evenly. I could easily flip an egg without it sticking. Overall I’m impressed with the look and quality difference of this skillet.

I love cuisinart pans and have been buying and using them for a few years now. This pan was another great purchase. The 8in pan is perfect for cooking eggs or smaller food items for an individual as there isn’t a ton of room in it but also it’s less to wash afterwards! With the eggs, I definitely have to scrub the bottom well after cooking but it always cleans up nicely and I feel better using stainless steel compared to traditional nonstick- though this is advertised as having nonstick technology

This is a great size pan for cooking for one or two people, or a side dish. It’s super shiny and pretty and the handle is cool touch although it is the same material. It’s such a great brand of pans and I’m impressed that they keep improving their product. Stainless is supposed to be better healthwise with nothing leeching into your food so I have decided to switch over completely.

Gorgeous and cooks evenly!
This pan is not only gorgeous, but cooks evenly and is relatively lightweight. The angle of the handle is an amazing plus to make moving it around while cooking really easy. The pan heated up quickly and the handle stays cool which is great because I have kids, it’s the perfect size for a quick egg and I’m thrilled. I think I may hang it from the handle which has a convenient hanging opening on it.

Handy size small pan, good for single servings
This is a handy pan to have. It’s very small, about the size of my hand. It’s great for single serving of food. I tried it out with fried eggs and it already stained which I know stainless steel stains easily and should be able to remove the stains. It works with induction stove tops. Seems durable enough but still lightweight. A lid included would have been a great addition.

Our Favorite Breakfast Buddy Pan
This is our daily breakfast pan because it heats quickly, is angled in a way that makes flipping your food easy and clean up isn’t a hassle. My husband has been putting it in the dishwasher. I honestly don’t know if that’s how you’re supposed to care for it (i kinda doubt it) but we just don’t have the time or energy for handwashing all of our pans right now. Thankfully, it’s been holding up fine. We’ve used this for eggs and it’s the ideal size for a single grilled cheese.

Small heavy duty nonstick pan
I bought this small skillet to go with my other Cuisinart nonstick stainless steel cookware. I like the feel of the handle, the mirror like nonstick finish of the inside and outside of the pan and that it is nonstick which is really hard to find with stainless steel. The pan has a medium weight to it and it feels very sturdy like it is made from heavy duty material and it would last for a really long time.

Perfect small frying pan very versatile
Great little frying pan at a very reasonable price. The extra thick bottom allows for even heating. Stainless steel is naturally non stick if you cook at the right temperature. This is the perfect size for making an omelet, a grilled cheese sandwich or anything else you’d be heating for a single person or small appetites. Works well with our induction cooktop which is a huge plus.

This is the Cuisinart 8 inch stainless steel fry pan. This pan has the Purelyceramic non stick finish and it is a game changer. The pan is beautiful and dishwasher safe. I have been cooking with this pan and learning to cook on stainless steel and I love cooking with this pan. I just add oil, keep the heat medium to low and the food cooks evenly and cleanup is super easy. I have not had any problems with food sticking. Also the handle is a cool grip so you can grab the handle without a mitt while cooking.

High quality, all stainless steel 8 inch skillet
This 8 inch stainless steel skillet is a really nice addition to your cookware. I use the pan on my gas stove and it heats up quite quickly and evenly which is very nice. It does have a stainless steel cool grip handle and I have found it does not get too hot to hold even after cooking or when other burners are also on getting the whole kitchen warm which is really nice. I think it is really good quality at a valid price point and will definitely continue to use and buy more of the Cuisinart stainless steel line.

This 8 in skillet is a nice addition to my cookware. It is made of a good quality stainless steel and looks and feels very durable. It heats up fast and probably could have lowered the heat more than what I’m used to using, which historically have not had stainless steel cookware. It cooked evenly and quickly, maybe too quick for my expectations and will know better heat settings and timing for next time. The handle stayed cool throughout which was a nice surprise. I tend to hand wash cookware to have ready for next frequent use so cleanup might be a little tricky since couldn’t get some marks from cooking off. I think there’s a product that can be used to clean off cooking marks on stainless steel if it gets really stained.

Great price, stuck a little but easy clean
We just moved into a new apartment and I’m actually looking for new dishes to use for cooking. This pan is a nice little skillet that you can easily make eggs in it or other quick things. It is nonstick and I did use some spray with it as it did stick a little bit however overall it was a great product and cleaned easily. I’m excited to try some of the other ones that are available as well.
