First and Last Time
I will not purchase this shampoo/conditioner set again. The shampoo is watery with a very unpleasant scent. It also seems like I lose a lot of hair whenever I use this so it's a big no for me.

says it's suppose to be color protecting, but made my vivid color come out after only 2 washes with about a week in-between and using cold water. so disappointed

Poor substitute for Keep Me Vivid
Used to regularly but Keep Me Vivid and since yhis seemed to be the replacement product bought it. It leaves my hair looking and feeling like a greasy mess no matter what. So disappointed and will go back to buying Redken products for my vivids.

I wanted to love this but it leaves my vape very dry and has caused me to have an extremely flakey scalp. Don't really know how well it works cause I did my hair in the winter and can't do cold showers so the water was warm and my hair faded after like a month maybe less.

I LOVED keep me vivid
I was using "keep me vivid" for years when they recently replaced it with "glow mania". Which has a chemically smell and does not hydrate my hair the way Matrix used too. It makes me so sad becaue i was such a big fan until now.

I love this shampoo, I get an amazing lather, after using for 2 months I have had no irritation on my very sensitive scalp, my natural waves are thriving even in a WI winter after I thought I had lost them. Not for dry hair
I needed a hydrating shampoo and conditioner. This is not the one. If you have dry, and sometimes frizzy hair, this duo will not moisturize. With one shampoo I was shocked how frizzy and dry my hair was. Ulta was great at letting me return and swap.

Hair feels dirty
My hair feels so gross after using. Its like there is residue on my hair. Hair doenst even stay smelling clean beyond a day. My scalp and skin are reacting so bad. Not a replacement for vivid line.

Thought I'd give this new line a try and after just 2 uses I realized my scalp was so irritated and itchy. Itchy to the point I had rewash my hair the following day. After doing some research I found I'm not the only one with this issue. This new product was recommended as one of the best on the market for lasting color but wasn't for me. Thankful Ulta gave me a refund.
