Wrong Vinyl Sent

The vinyl I wanted was the blue and red splatter in the picture that was described . What I got was the orange colored vinyl. This unfortunately is false advertising and very disappointing. Love Billie Eilish and nothing wrong with her music. This rating is based on not receiving the EXACT item that was shown on the target website listing.

I ordered this along with three other albums for pickup. Waited in line for 20 min, Picked them up. This album was used, repackaged, in NOT sealed vinyl/original packaging. This was an open and used product. The person at counter was not able to do anything about it, even though this album was clearly packaged differently than the other three albums that were sealed. I immediately tried to fix order/return order online, and link was nonfunctional... I'm not reactionary. I would strongly encourage everyone to shop elsewhere for new, mint condition vinyl.

Horrible Shipping, and quality control

I received my order this morning, only to have opened it not protected by anything in a huge box(which isn’t the first time this has happened) and OPENED!! The record wasn’t even in the sleeve! I’m so disappointed and upset this keeps happening. This will be the last time buying LPs from target.

Love Billie. Horrible job from Target.

Let me preface this by saying I love Billie’s work. But Target, I’m genuinely disappointed with condition this arrived to me in. As a long time vinyl collector I have to say this is the worst quality I’ve ever received an album. This was the first time I’ve bought one from your store, and I have djo’s Crux Deluxe vinyl being delivered soon, if that’s in even a remotely bad condition I will not be ordering or even going and purchasing from this company again. I’m sorry, but you need to be better on this.

Tried three copies now and all have been warped

Album itself is great. I have exchanged my copies twice now, a total of three separate copies, and each one has been warped, causing it to sound horrible and/or skip. I really want this album, but I'm tired of exchanging it over and over.

Don’t get me wrong but the vinyl itself is beautiful, but it’s warped and not really playable every time I get a album from target it comes warped I’m not sure why I always return them for new ones but they also come warped I’m lowkey fed up with it idk😭😭✌️

Cheaply executed, only pick this up if you don't own any other versions yet and really want one right now

packaging arrived a bit beat up which is a shame for a limited edition item; it was improperly shipped in a big box with other items, no packing material. Surprisingly vinyl played fine, but pressing isn't great.
