The straps are removable and washable as well. The seat is durable and lightweight so you can take it anywhere. It has a 3-point harness and straps that attach the seat to a chair. On the back seat there a picture of Disney princesses. The seat is designed for children 6 months through toddlerhood. It stays in place and does its job!

Bonus points because it doesn’t have any cracks or spaces where crumbs find their way in but are impossible to get out… it’s one smooth surface that is the easiest to quickly wipe clean, which is HUGE for a busy mom like me. My daughter sits in her “princess seat” every chance she gets. It’s a perfect size for her and fits in our dining room chair perfectly. A must have!
