We have always purchased our dog food through Target, and I know this is not Targets fault whatsoever. But I purchases this, this month which is Sept 2025. It was full of maggots. I am absolutely mortified. When I went to move the food out of the new bag into our dog food container, I could see the maggots crawling around once I poured it in. I have never been so disgusted in my life. I can not imagine if I would’ve fed that to my dog…. I will be calling Purina as well to let them know. Not sure if anything can be done. I don’t want to seem dramatic but I really am so grossed out.

DO NOT BUY!!!! Purchased a bag from the East Point, GA location that hadn’t yet expired (due to expire in 2026), but was filled with critters (moths, worms, larvae, beetles and other insects) many of which were actually embedded or burrowing inside in the chicken pieces.
