BHP and urination
Have been using Pygeum over 8 month now and symptoms of my BHP have decreased as well as my stream has greatly improved. Will continue using it daily at 200mg a day with meals

I bought this product 6 weeks age & have been taking them everyday as directed. Since then, my night time bathroom trips have decreased from 3 per night to 2 per night to 1 per night to ZERO. Very happy with the product!!

Does what it's supposed to at a good price
Has helped with less frequent trips to the bathroom, particularly at night. Also helps with testosterone health. Noted that others saw better results combining with Saw Palmetto. The truth is the active ingredient in both is Beta Sitosterol. Saw Palmetto just has less of it. All you're doing to help is taking more of the same. You're better off just taking an additional capsule of the Pygeum.

Good Product
