Baking dish is great!! target packaging was bad
The pan is great, but target shipping was horrible. They lightly wrapped the glass pan and put it in a box that was way too big so it was juggling around in there and the delivery guy always throws the packages to the ground. He doesn’t just place them lucky it survived at all. Very poor packaging on target’s part.

My package arrived with plenty
My package arrived with plenty of packing in a large box that was not damaged. I had also ordered a 8x8 baking dish. These were shipped together with the smaller pan placed inside the larger one. It was all wrapped great in absorbent packing material, but nothing was between the smaller pan and the larger pan. The larger one was shattered to very small pieces and made a huge mess as I unwrapped it. I contacted customer service and was assigned a case number. After not hearing back for several days, I contacted them via live chat. The person I chatted with took care of it right away and the new piece is in the process of being shipped to me. The overall quality of this product is great and I love using Pyrex pans - this was just a mistake in the packaging for shipping.
