Bag Rips When Opening
We have purchased these for years and have been a fan. last few boxes have had an issue with the zipper. when you try to open them, it is very difficult. in trying to get them open, one side of the top rips and there is nothing to grab onto to open them. i have had to cut them and use a new bag for the remaining content. after it happened with the last few packages I bought, I threw away the rest and will buy a other brand.

These are so non-functional it's not even funny. The bags rip open every single time I try to open them. Idk what it is but the lower seal is so strong that instead of opening, the entire bag rips. I have to go through (on average) 3-4 bags that rip before I have one useable one. And don't even think about using that bag multiple times, because once you close it the next time you open it the seam will rip. I'm begging you, PLEASE splurge on the name brand ones here. I genuinely cannot comprehend how anyone has rated these above 1 star.

There have been multiple times where the bag rips underneath the top seal. This means the seal is still together but the top is just ripped and the only way to get the contents of the bag is to rip the rest open. This happens very often and I constantly have to transfer into another bag.
