Poor Quality
I was looking for a replacement for Charmin Ultra Stong did quality issues. This was recommended and it's even worse. You can't even blow your nose and it falls apart. Very disappointing.

Just the right size.
Because of its durable strength and softness, we have used Quilted Northern Soft & Strong for years. I love that with its narrower width, we don't have excess, unused waste going down the drain. Other brands are too wide for my hands.

Decent but nothing exceptional
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It worked fine as a basic toilet paper. I typically purchase Costco brand (pictured on the right), which is wider and bigger. The quilted northern toilet paper did feel slightly softer. The center was a bit crushed so it didn't roll as smoothly on the roll.

You have changed your product
The last 2 packages of Quilted Northern that I purchased are not the same soft product I have purchased in the past! This is more papery and not soft and the quilted pattern is different! If you are going to be making your product more papery like the store brand quality, then I shall purchase store brand for the price! I am Very disappointed!

Toilet paper poor quality big price
I have always purchased Quilted Northern TP. I dislike the Charmin commercials with the bears and could never relate to lint-free claim. However, over the past few months the Quilted Northern TP I've purchased has contained a lot of the lint, paper/cottony build up especially at the end of the rolls. In mentioning this to a friend, she too, is having the same issues with your product. This makes for an embarrassing situation especially in a guest bathroom. I believe it may be time to switch to another brand as the quality of the product has decreased, but the price continues to increase.

What has changed and why?
I have been using Northern after switching from Charmin over 30 years ago. I have long been very happy with it. Unfortunately it has recently become weaker and tears more easily, not just at the perforations but in mid square. I need to find something better.

World's Worst Commercials
"Quilt this city" commercials are ridiculously annoying, makes my good day turn ill, can't bring myself to buy this stuff even if it wiped for me because of the commercials.

Never using again
For as long as I can remember, I have been buying your product. With this last purchase, I have noticed that you have changed (cheapened) your product. It now "pills," leaving behind toilet paper remnants, and it dissolves before doing its job. I find that my finger often goes through the product. If I wanted to wipe with my finger, I wouldn't be buying toilet paper. I will no longer be buying your product. I do not recommend to others.

Quilted Northern has changed for the worse
I’ve been buying Quilted Northern for years and loved it. This week I bought a new package and it’s so thin and cheap and different it’s not even the same toilet paper. Did you think loyal customers weren’t going to notice?

Defective one ply toilet paper
We used to love this toilet paper. However, recently we bought rolls where the paper was defective near the beginning or the end of the rolls. The most recent roll also only has one ply paper and we are not sure when the two ply will begin.

Congrats for moving toward sustainability
Love the paper wrapping, and the fact that Northern is moving to sustainable sources. But the new two-ply tissue is too thin and occasionally tears or almost tears. Would also like it to be embossed

The rolls are cut poorly
Just bought a Mega 12 roll pack of Quilted Northern Ultra Soft & Strong toilet paper. The rolls are not cut properly - as I use the roll on one side you get a 3/8” sliver of paper that is cut from the main roll that comes off. First, this is a hassle as you have to peel off the “sliver” before you use it OR, pick it off the floor as it falls off the roll. Second, you don’t get the full use of the roll. This product is expensive compared to competing products and it’s disappointing to see this. I will say Quilted Northern is the toilet paper we’ve used for quite a while and this is the first time I’ve seen this type of product defect.

Disappointingly Thin
I bought Northern bathroom tissue many times in the past and have been pleased with those purchases. However, this most recent purchase of this particular product packed 12 compare 48. I noticed that the tissue was very very thin. This was very disappointing to me, especially with how much toilet tissue as well as all paper products cost today.Maybe I just got a bad batch.

Shrinkflation!
Rolls are smaller than standard size. Georgia Pacific doesn't want to tell you what the square footage is of their packages of teepee. Of course your environmental scores are higher when you're comparing your tiny narrow-ash rolls with standard sizes from other producers!

PRODUCT ISSUE
I have been using Quilted Northern Bathroom products for years, I bought a 6 pack of toilet paper a little over a month ago, and the product was NOT as superior product as it has been in the past!!! It is not as strong and sturdy as it usually is and it tears apart any time I try to remove a few squares, it comes apart and as if it is has not been correctly sectioned. If this continues I will NO LONGER purchase Quilted Northen products.

You should be ashamed to be selling this.
I just got a shock when i opened this pack of toilet paper. I couldn't believe my eyes when i took a roll out of the pack, so little, it looks odd on the toilet paper roll!!!!!! You people should be ashamed of yourselves, cheating and gouging the public. You increased the price and cut the roll in half, no wonder it seems like it's on my grocery list as often as milk.

Disappointed in quality
We’ve used Northern toilet paper for years. The last pack that I purchased had a few rolls that were defective. Instead of two-ply, the roll had part two, part one ply. The paper wasn’t straight on the cardboard tube.

Unhappy with Quality
The edges of almost every role in the package I purchased were unfinished (little nubs of toilet paper), so when you pulled it on the roll, those “nubs” would fall to the ground. I was having to sweep them up after ever time the bathroom used. Won’t buy again.
