R.W.FLAME 12-Cup Drip Coffee Maker, Black

Saw a recent review on Consumer Reports and this particular coffee maker brand was rated very high. We've had the Krup coffee maker for over 35+ years and it seems like it is slowing down so it was time to get a back up coffee maker in the event the Krup finally gives up. So far so good on the R.W. Flame coffee maker - will make our first pot of coffee tomorrow. On the design, I wished the cover on the pot can be removed for easy cleaning, other than that, this is a very functional and easy to operate coffee maker.

this is a 10 cup not a 12 cup as advertised. other than that seams to be nice and fast

As we now had to take the broken coffee maker back to Target that was delivered to us, we figured we'd just get a different brand coffee maker in-store while we were there. Came home, ALSO BROKEN. Went back again, let's pray 🙏 the third time is a charm. Electronics and home goods, especially larger items, just don't seem to be Target's specialty. Lesson learned.

This coffee maker is fantastic! I was looking for something simpler than my old pod system, and this one delivers. While pods are convenient, they just don’t compare to the rich flavor of freshly brewed coffee. I really like the design of this unit there’s no heating pad for the carafe, but instead, it has a vacuum-sealed carafe that keeps the coffee warm for hours. By the time the coffee cools down, we’ve usually finished it, so it works perfectly for us. It brews a full 12 cups, and the water flows through quickly, although I haven’t actually timed it. The machine does make some noise, but it’s not overwhelming it’s bearable for me, though if you're looking for total silence, it might be a bit of a distraction. Overall, this is a well-made, easy-to-use coffee maker that consistently brews great coffee. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Despite having a less well-known name than others, this coffee maker is of great construction quality and prepares coffee on par with its best rivals. The controls are straightforward and easy to operate, and its small size saves important countertop space, which is a huge plus. A great feature that makes replenishing a breeze is the detachable water reservoir. The coffee comes out hot and tasty, and it brews at a decent pace. A keeper without a doubt!

I am so impressed with this coffee maker! It brews excellent coffee and is super easy to use. After making a full carafe, I checked the coffee temperature, and it was at a perfect 175°F. After an hour, it had dropped to 162°F, which shows great heat retention in the insulated carafe. A nice feature is that after brewing, you should take the carafe off the stand; when it’s not on the stand, the hole at the top closes, helping the carafe retain the heat. This is such a thoughtful touch! The coffee maker also offers three brewing strengths, and I prefer the middle "strong" setting, but it’s great that you can adjust the strength to match the roast you’re using. The auto-clean feature works really well, keeping the machine in great shape and ensuring every cup is fresh and tasty. I haven’t used the delay start feature since I prefer fresh filtered water and grinding my beans just before brewing. But it’s nice to know it’s there for convenience. There’s also a 1-4 cup brewing button, which is fantastic if you want to make a smaller amount of coffee. Just fill the reservoir with the amount of water you need, hit the button, and you get bold, full-flavored coffee, not weak like many other makers that brew a partial carafe . For the price, this coffee maker is an incredible value. It works just as well as machines I’ve owned that were much more expensive, and I am very happy with my purchase. One thing I want to mention—before I bought it, I read some reviews where people complained about features they clearly didn’t understand, like the 1-4 cup button. If they had read the instructions, they would have known how to use it properly. Some people just seem to look for things to complain about, and that’s why I suggest looking past overly picky reviews. This is a solid, affordable machine that does an amazing job!
