Q: How are you supposed to have the air conditioner tilt when the window doesn’t tilt?

A: Hi, thank you for your question. The window doesn’t need to tilt. The AC is built with a slight slope for drainage, so just install it level in the window. For fixed or sliding windows, you can use a support bracket or kit to keep it secure.

Unnecessarily hard and bad design
Whoever made this wanted to make it as hard as possible. First of all why use the world’s smallest screw for the remote? Why use a screw at all? Now I have to buy a tiny screwdriver just to put batteries in the remote. The flaps on the side are convenient but they aren’t airtight so your cold air gets out and hot air gets in. They also are very hard to lock. They give you this tar to fill the gaps which looks like crap. They also claim it is quiet but it makes a lot of noise. Not sure if this is because it’s new but I hope it goes away. They also say that it needs to be tilted to work properly but how are you supposed to tilt it while having it fit in the window? The window doesn’t tilt. Not sure what they were thinking with this one but I guess that’s why it’s on clearance.

Excellent product from a reputable company
This R.W.FLAME air conditioner did not immediately start producing extremely cold air when I first received it. It took several hours, I think. It’s important to remember this.
