I liked this nugget ice maker for the size and that it was not very loud. I paid the discounted price for a father’s days gift for my husband. The main reason I got it was because of the ice cube type. Nuggets vs the bullets. This ice maker was as described it made nuggets pretty frequent when the sensor was not blocked. This is what I did not like. The ice maker was about half way full and the sensor would be cover since the ice falls in a hill type way from the opening so it never filled up evenly. So I would walk by every 10mins to move the ice around so it could continue to make ice. I also didn’t like that the ice maker does not keep it cold enough to have frozen ice. If the ice maker does not continuously make ice the ice starts to melt, so the ice maker can be half full with slightly melted ice. On a positive note the melted water drips down to the reservoir to recycle. My husband just liked the nuggets to chew on but not for his drinks. Using his 40oz Stanley cup it took almost the entire full ice container to fill up, but the little nuggets melted fairly quickly. So I guess if you want to chew on the nuggets this may work for you but didn’t work out for us.

arrived in a shipping box that was nicely packed. produces ice really quickly and maintains its frozen state for a long time after the machine has been turned off. When carrying it outside, the power cable is sufficiently lengthy. Going over cleaning instructions was made easier by the instructions.

I truly like how portable and easy this is to use; it’s very easy to set up and produces a lot of ice. Even in a Yeti cup, the ice melts rapidly, which is the one drawback.

This ice maker is AMAZING! After my larger ice maker stopped working, I decided to try this one, especially since it was on sale. At first, I thought it looked small, but it’s perfect for saving counter space. I was pleasantly surprised to find it produces the same amount of ice as my old one, and the ice quality is actually better! In the second picture, you can see how much ice was left after filling my 40oz tumbler and my toddler's 16oz one. The ice does melt eventually, as other reviews mentioned, but with how quickly it makes new ice, it’s never an issue. The only thing I don’t love is that I can’t really tell the difference in ice size, but overall, the ice tastes great, and the machine is super easy to set up. I’m really happy with this purchase!

This small ice maker is fantastic. It produces ice in the Nugget style quite quickly. purchased six months ago, and after being utilized by friends and family, it has been quite popular. began experiencing an unusual noise when in ice-making mode around two weeks ago. When I contacted customer service, they resolved my problems right away. The customer service representative was well informed and fulfilled all of my requirements.

Then, just fill the line with water and plug the boom to get ice. For the first round, we went with huge cubes, which are a great size and form.

Water flows through the tray’s slats as the ice melts, forming more ice.
