[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to try and fix my scalp as its always dry,theres build up no matter what i do. This shampoo and conditioner has been life saving. My scalp is no longer itchy,dry and theres no build up! Though i was scared of an allergic reaction due to the tree nuts (i have a nut allergy) but it seems okay. I’ll definitely be buying again

I loved the other one! It made my hair feel healthy and soft, and helped with my dandruff. But this new ingredient… made my dandruff come back! Not only that causes awful hair loss and made my hair looks and feel so dry! I’m so disappointed.

The new formula of this product (Jojoba + Aloe) is absolutely terrible. It leaves your hair feeling awful. They should go back to the original charcoal based formula which was amazing!

Suits my needs
Tried this out because I was getting tired of how my last conditioner was making my hair feel waxy because of the silicones in the formulation. I'd say this falls more on the lightweight end of the spectrum as far as conditioners go, so I find myself using a decent amount of it per wash, but I'm ultimately pretty happy with how my hair feels when using it.

All the reviews stating hair loss are 100% true!! I didn’t read any of the reviews prior to purchasing this product. I loved the raw sugar body washes, lotions, and scrubs… why not go all in and do the hair care too since its soooo healthy and sulfate free bla bla bla. I bought the shampoo, conditioner, and the hair mask. I used it for 3 months and within those 3 months I lost an astronomical amount of hair. I was beginning to think it was my health. But, I am currently the healthiest I have ever been nutritionally-wise. I went to the doctor and got my levels checked, everything was normal. Towards month 3 my scalp was constantly itchy and had a weird tingly feeling. I thought maybe I was getting alooecia or something. It was not until I was going to repurchase these shampoos that I decided to check the reviews and saw all the hairloss claims! I have since stopped using it and went back to my normal shampoo conditioning routine that the scalp itchiness and tingling went away. I do not have allergies and the fact that this affected me so badly is surprising. This may not affect everyone… but I would not risk it. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS!

Horrible hair loss!
Took a while for me to realize but this shampoo made my hair fall out horribly! Would never recommend. I liked how clean my scalp felt when I used it but I stopped using as soon as I realized it was the reason for my hair loss. Now a few months into a new shampoo and my hair loss is already getting better.

Changed formula
I have used this shampoo for many years. In very confused why they changed the formula and are still labeling it as the same shampoo also why does target have images of old shampoo. It’s very misleading and confusing. I like both products just don’t appreciate being mislead. I didn’t see anywhere that it addressed the new formula. It is not even close to the same. My hair does not feel as clean as it did with the previous scalp restore.
