Makes my 3c/4a Afro so easy to detangle. I adore it. Also the apple cider vinegar helps with really cleaning the hair so also love that. Can take my itchy scalp, and turn it into a happy scalp.

Moisturizing,and silky shine with use.

This stuff is amazing. I was having serious breakage issues and tried several products over a period of months. This is the one that made an immediate and obvious difference. I’ve been through about three bottles of this (and the companion shampoo). Wow! Such a DRAMATIC reduction in breakage. My fine 2c hair is now shiny with soft curls instead of frizzy, dry fluff. I used to have to Swiffer my bathroom floor daily, and got an actual handful of hair in my drain screen after every shower. No more. Normal amounts of random hairs on the floor, and I barely have to clean the drain filter. ONE HALF STAR OFF because of the seriously lousy caps on these bottles. I’ve had six of these bottles, and every single one leaked. It got to the point that I salvaged pumps from other products to replace them. Please please please trade out your cute little fake wood caps for something that works. ANOTHER HALF STAR OFF because it’s not fragrance free. Fortunately for me, the scent is not one that triggers my allergies or migraines. It is relatively subtle and does not linger once my hair is dry. That said, I wish companies would just stop with all the fragrances. A lot of people just cannot tolerate them. And even if you can, who wants to smell like six different competing scents? One from your body wash, another from conditioner, then there’s moisturizer, and deodorant, and overly strong fabric softener, all topped off with a spritz of actual perfume… ugh! It’s nasty.

If I could, I’d give it no stars. The first day seemed promising, it left my hair feeling smooth, but after 2 more uses, I noticed my hair was drying out and it felt a bit rough, so I stopped using the conditioner all together. I stopped using it for a couple weeks and wanted to try again, then I noticed it had something greenish brownish coming out of the bottle. When I opened it, it was all moldy and nasty! It is honestly really disturbing!

I’ve been using this conditioner religiously for the past 4 years, until I started noticing my hair failing out in chunks for the past 2 weeks. I even switched hair products thinking it would solve the issue. Then I read the reviews here and realized that others were experiencing the same thing. I can tell they changed the formula. Use at your own risk. It’s a shame I have to stop using this. I’ll never go back

I’m not sure what is in this conditioner but it is making our hair fall out in chunks not even just normal shed. They definitely need to pull it from shelves Stay away!

This conditioner works great for me! Leaves my hair nice and soft after using the companion shampoo. Personally, I haven’t had any issues with the bottle diapensers others have mentioned.

I used to love the formula they had before, the only complaint I had was that it was hard to get out of the bottle. I can only assume that's why they changed the formula. Now it's easy to get out of the bottle, but where there used to be a nice thick consistency is now thin and needs to be layered multiple times. I leave conditioner to soak in my hair for several minutes and then comb with a wide toothed comb. Before it used to be like butter - smooth and easily detangling. Now I have hard time not raking the comb through my hair. It doesn't feel anywhere near as voluminous and moisturized as before - now when I finally get my hair detangled it looks and feels like a drowned rat. If they wanted to change something about it, they should have changed the bottle instead of the formula.

This is the worst conditioner I have ever used in my life. The consistency is watery and terrible, it doesn't stick to the hair at all. It does not give any sort of moisture to the hair, it is truly just terrible all around. I would give 0 stars if I could. TERRIBLE

It also made the texture of my hair smoother and silkier, I wish they had the scent in a body wash it really does smell so good. Like all the other Raw Sugar products this stuff last awhile with my long hair.

I could cry I love this conditioner so much. The way my curls dry naturally after using this only three times is MIND BLOWING to me. I would pay double the price for this (but like…don’t raise the prices please hahaha). My curls feel lightweight, aren’t extremely frizzy and feel great after using this shampoo. Highly recommend and also recommend the shampoo!

I have been on a quest to find a healthy, clean ingredient conditioner that is moisturizing, and I have finally found it! I did like a couple of the other raw sugar conditioner varieties, but this ACV and Rosemary oil is my fave! My hair is so soft and moisturized. And I feel it moisturized my scalp as well. Love love!!

I have relatively dry, color-treated, naturally curly hair, and I struggle to find a conditioner that truly conditions it. The best part is that it doesn't take much product to cover all of my hair. I have tried professional brands, expensive brands, well-known brands, and hyped brands, but this is the best!

it has worked very well for my hair however i discovered there’s an ingredient i’m allergic to so i can no longer use it. however the removal of stars is unrelated. one is because the conditioner is very difficult to get out, and it makes using it a bit stressful. maybe a packaging update is in order? the second star is because the first time i had it in the shower the entire label chipped off, it’s completely unreadable now. i’ve gotten other things from this brand without this issue so maybe just a bad batch? anyway all in all a decent product, if you like fighting with bottles.

Everything started out good! This was one of my favorite conditioners until I noticed the hair loss in the crown of my head. It wasn’t there before. Now reading these other reviews I’m convinced it’s this conditioner (I also used the charcoal one frequently.) I thought the reviews were crazy and couldn’t happen to me.. welp! It did. Don’t buy.
