Description

The Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge flawlessly blends liquid and cream products with ease for a streak-free, luminous glow. Our best-selling makeup blending sponge offers a natural, dewy finish, and its micro-fine pores help create a seamless base with light to medium coverage. Real Technique’s MCS works best with liquid and cream makeup products such as foundation, skin tints, and illuminators. This makeup sponge has RT's unique 3-point application technique that makes blending products seamless. First use the flat edge of the MCS to pack on product, then the precision tip to conceal, and finally, blend it all out with the rounded side. Use it damp for extra dewiness and let that inner glow shine through. The Miracle Complexion Sponge is easy to clean using our Real Techniques Brush + Sponge Cleansing Gel. It’s also 100% cruelty-free, vegan, and designed with revolutionary latex-free foam technology.

Directions of Use
Wet before use and use RT's signature 3-point application technique. Use the flat edge to apply and cover, the round sides to blend and blur, and the precision tip to conceal and perfect. Use damp for a natural, dewy finish.


Cleaning, Care, and Maintenance
Rinse through with lukewarm water after each use. Deep clean 1x/week with Real Techniques Brush + Sponge Gel Cleanser. Air dry thoroughly in a well-ventilated area. Store in a cool, dry place. Replace every 30 days.

Q: The description reads the brush is approximately 4" high by 2" wide. The product I received is barely 2 5/8" high by 1 1/2" wide. Is the description wrong? Are there different sizes in the orange sponge? Has the product shrunk?

MOLD

Normally this is my go-to makeup sponge. However, this time around, I bought a new one, opened it to use it once, then went to do my makeup the next day and had grown mold literally overnight. Obviously it has to be thrown away, and I get to say goodbye to both the money I spent on it, and a replacement one I’ll need to get. Is it that much money? No. But I’d expect it to last longer than one use and not to be covered in mold immediately afterwards.

It's Okay

I like this sponge a lot BUT it is very, very hard to clean to where the foundation fades to very lite like my other sponges. I washed the sponge with Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water and not a lot was removed. I don't use the same brush cleaner for my sponges because I don't want my sponge to rip. I'm not sure if I recommend it because again it's hard to clean.

The Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge is one of my go-to makeup tools. It blends foundation and concealer really smoothly, giving a natural, even finish without streaks. I love that you can use it damp or dry, and the shape makes it easy to get around the nose, eyes, and larger areas of the face. It’s affordable, works with all my liquid and cream products, and just makes makeup look better with almost no effort. Just remember to clean it regularly and replace it every few months.

Number one favorite sponge

The REAL Deal!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE THIS SPONGE!!! I was gifted this product from Influenster and Real Techniques Cosmetics for my honest review. I received this 4-pack of Miracle Complexion Sponges, and I absolutely, unequivocally, ADORE them. Using the word "miracle" in this products title is the perfect word for it. They are big, fluffy, and most importantly, do NOT absorb up products! They are so good about not soaking up products that when run under water, it only absorbs just enough to get to its full potential fluff size, and then the rest of the water appears to bounce off it. Applying any makeup with this sponge is like a dream. I have never used any sponge products this GOOD! They glide and press makeup on with perfection. They are super easy to clean and so durable. 💯 percent a now MUST HAVE for me. I am literally obsessed and so grateful I was introduced to this product by Influenster & Real Techniques. This is the REAL DEAL when it comes to beauty blenders & and the price point is unbeatable. Don't walk, RUN to get it. NOW!

This is an okay sponge but not my favorite

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sponge used to be my holy grail when I first started to do makeup. However, now that I am retrying it after using other makeup sponges, I think it's just okay. The shape is great for applying products to different parts of the face with ease. It blends makeup as any other sponge would, but it soaks up a lot of product. This causes me to use a lot more foundation or concealer than I would typically use. While this sponge is fine, I just have other sponges that don't soak up nearly as much of my makeup.

Great Sponges!

I mean sponges are pretty straightforward and the market is saturated… There are tons of bad sponges on the market but these are some of the good ones!
