I would give this a perfect review if I could actually get the product. I received the attachment but not the mixer. The site said it was in stock. Where is it?

Learning to use, very different from a tilt head
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started out struggling to use my new 7 QT bowl lift mixer as it is different then a tilt head. It is hard to get the bowl on the hooks and in place. It is also difficult scraping the bowl with the paddle in the way. The paddle also has to be inserted before you can add ingredients or it is hard to get it in. Once I used it multiple times in one day making Christmas cookies, I figured out a method to make it smoother to use. I love the 7 Qt bowl, I can do double batches of cookie dough. The bowl wiggles a lot when a thought dough is being mixed, making noise. If the tilt head came in a 7 QT, I would rather have that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd kitchen aid mixer. I love it but it keeps locking up and i have to keep turning it off, releasing the bowl then turning it back on
