Great for the Price. I miss the DC motor though!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Mixer runs great. The shipping from Kitchenaid was very fast. The mixer came as pictured no noticeable damage. The accessory port should stay with all mixers, having to set it aside is crazy. This model RKSM70BK has way less power than my older RKSM7581OB. When comparing the two this one has a weaker AC motor and the latter has the better DC motor. The watts are not listed on the website any where either. This would be nice to see on the specification section. The color is not depicted very well on the website either Midnight Black??? its not much different in color than my daughters Cast Iron Black mixer from a few years ago. The Midnight black is just black Hammarite looking finish. The AC motor setup is definitely louder than the DC motor setup. Overall this mixer is great for making most recipes. Please bring back the Onyx Black!
