It stopped working on the third use hopefully I can get a full refund

Came defective out of box. I have had issues with KitchenAid customer service (was on hold on the phone for 2 hours) so I didn't bother going through the process.

Couldn’t even tell that this was refurbished, had all attachments,and works perfectly!!

I purchased this mixer in April 2025. I was very excited about having a newer KitchenAid mixer. I love the color. The size was a little intimidating, I had a 4.5q for decades, i was reluctant to make such a major purchase at my age, but I am so glad I did. It has helped me make home made pizza and bread doughs that I hadn't been able to make bc I couldn't knead. My older machine was great for cookie dough, cakes, but not heavy doughs. I am so glad I followed my intuition and bought this mixer.

Sometimes mixing or kneading seems to take most of my time. Now, my baking days are much more productive. I can't wait to start collecting the accessories to replace some of my other appliances. I have been beyond thrilled to have found this one. It is a company remanufactured model, that comes with a warranty and the same attachments it would new. The price was amazing, I highly recommend a remanned model if the price of a new model is to high for you.

I had a smaller Kitchen Aid mixer that I had for over thirty years, which was a workhorse for me, but unfortunately, I lost it and all my Kitchen Aid blender in the Eaton fire.

I bought the 7qt more than 5years ago. It does everything I ask of it very well. I have made over 500 loaves of bread and rolls using this machine and it’s still going strong. You ca’nt go wrong buying this machine.

It handles focaccia, buttercream frosting, cookies, cakes, and meatballs with ease. We've only had it 2 months, so I can't speak to the longevity yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE my new/refurbished 7QT Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer! I bought it for the extra capacity and a stronger motor to mix multiple batches of sourdough at once. My 4.5 Qt KA struggled to mix double batches of SD at once. It would scoot across the counter, the dough would get stuck above the attachment's upper disk, and ingredients like flour often flung outside of the bowl when mixing in my smaller capacity mixer. Thankfully, the 7 Qt mixer easily handles all of these issues flawlessly and then some! I tried a different brand mixer initially but it was so disappointing compared to my 4.5QT KA mixer, that I returned it in order to stick with all the many reasons KA is a baker's best friend! Now that I have the right size KA mixer with the perfect features, it sure seems like all my bakes are turning out better than ever! The attachments that came with it are incredibly well designed, super strong, and ideal for no matter what dough, batter, or whatever it's tackling! Couldn't be happier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3 rd Kitchen Aid mixer 2 were 7qt I bought a much more expensive one once and returned it. Much heavier and not user friendly. My only regret is I wish I had chosen the ice blue and I chose the boring gray my mistake.
