Bowl does not stay attached to the unit. It jumps around an I have to strong arm it. I’ve used this mixer probably 10 times in 7 months and it is honestly a piece of crap. I’ve tried to reach out to Kitchenaid 4 times in the last 2 months and have not gotten any reply. I had one of the originals and it was great. I’m so disappointed. Do not recommend any longer

was so excited to finally own a KitchenAid stand mixer. just so it can give out after the first use. for a $400+ item, i would expect it to work sturdily, yet all these reviews online state otherwise.

I’m very happy with my mixer, but very disappointed that it was delivered in the product box in front of my door. There could have been some sort of packaging out to not show the item delivered. Thankfully no one stole my item from my porch, but poor judgment to not box or wrap by Target for such an expensive item. The box was disgusting and I’m unable to use for storage after using bc of the nasty stains on it.
