Q: How does it work on short hair?
A: Not well. Because the air blows from underneath your hair as opposed to above with a regular dryer, it creates fly aways. The elliptical brush straightens but doesn’t cream volume or curl.

Q: The barrel on this is huge. Can you tell me what mm it is? I think it may be too big for my hair!
A: FYI, 2.4" is abt 61 mm. It depends on what you are using it for on short hair; will add volume but won't add curls if quite short.
