RGB Sunset Projector Light with Remote Black - West & Arrow

The blue-greenish settings are visually appealing but you have almost zero actual control over the colors. Anything with “red” in it is mostly green with a thin red border and it is not attractive. Yellow and orange settings do the same thing. The remote only functions about half of the time and not a single one of the strobe/fade settings work correctly. The blue lights are nice but still not anything like the packaging claims.

Cheaply made and not worth the money. It has a weak remote sensor; the colors, like many have said, are not as advertised and hard to focus because it falls over as the top is heavier than the base.

The colors aren't even what is advertised. The light can barely illuminate our ceiling. The color shown in the pic is what they call "yellow". Doesn't even feel like a sunset.

Others are explaining the colors don't appear right, so let me explain how this works. Inside the lense are concentric circles of red, green, and blue LEDs. In theory, you can mix these wavelengths to form any color. That's how TV screens work. The issue is, in this lamp, they don't. It may be the positioning of the LEDs, or maybe refraction in the lense. Probably the latter, because the colors project in the opposite order of the LED placement. Each of these work fine, but they're not directly equivalent in effect. Red forms sort of a halo, brightest on the edges. Green is brightest in the center and fades towards the edges. Blue is the biggest and brightest, probably closest to the light distribution shown on the box. All three work well. Any mix with blue is also fine, as blue overlaps with the entire projection area. You'll notice an obvious gradient, but you do get the blue-greens, purples, and pinks. White is actually an absurd mix of colors, but also looks alright. It's the red-green mixes (orange, yellow, anything under red on the remote) which do not work. These colors just project to different areas with little to no overlap. They also don't look good together. Once you accept this limitations, it's fine.

Have to return this item today, as it’s sadly false advertising. On the box, they show a photo a girl in an orange, “golden hour” glow in her room. When you actually buy the lamp, you’ll see it never turns orange (despite the fact the control even has an orange button). It’s either Red, green, blue, or purple , or a mixture of either of those colors.

Same issue as many others, the colors are not as advertised on the box, the remote looks like it should have color options for 12+ colors but in reality it’s 3-4ish. There’s no actual sunset color options and is not bright.

this light is cute but the marketing is misleading, it comes with a remote and you choose from colors of the rainbow, even the yellow choice does not look like the "sunset lamp" picture in the description at all

Poor color range, the color on the box isn’t even an option. There’s a bunch of color options on the remote but it’s actually only 4, I feel scammed by this product

Awful - remote that came with it doesn’t work, so all you can do is turn it on and off, and the setting that it’s stuck in is strobe mode. It would probably be fine if the remote was functional!

I have a few complaints. This product does not look like what it does online and on the box. It is way bulkier and thicker on the bottom and the remote was also very big. There was also some plastic wrap on the remote that i couldn't remove and it made the remote look trashy. The colors didn't match up. The orange was actually green and the white was purple. The batteries wouldn't fit in the remote and took me awhile to put in. Many of the buttons dont even work such as all of the effect modes. Flash, strobe, fade, smooth, and both of the buttons to change the brightness didn't work. I guess some of the colors were pretty but i was still extremely disappointed.

It turns on. Thats nice i guess. But the colors suck 😩 the purple blue is pretty, teal is okay, but theres NO sunset color to begin with. The red is either pure red or red and green. So if ur santa that may be your thing but it isnt mine

Do not buy this cheap piece of crap lol. No true sunset colors like orange yellow red mostly green and red. Stopped working after a week of having it. Waste of money and material!! Stop selling these.

Bought 2. Color is ok but remote doesn’t work even with new batteries. I do not recommend!

I ended up returning it because there isn't even a sunset color on it, when you click the yellow it's just red and green. the blue with the purple/pink was cute tho, so I'm kind of regretting giving it back. I bought another one on Amazon and even tho the colors are better the quality was better on this one, it was very clear and bright. oh well 😭

There is no actual sunset orange color option on this lamp. If you press orange it is green. You’ve basically got red, purple, green, blue. Light isn’t very strong, remote has to be pointing directly at the light basically touching it to work. Returning.

Remote doesn’t work and you can’t pick a color without it, so it just flashes different colors. Definitely would not buy again
