I started taking the multivitamins around two months ago and have noticed three main things, better rest, stronger nails, and extreme hair growth. I didn’t take the vitamins assuming that these specific things would happen but surprise surprise! Having fine thin hair has always been something I’m conscious of, and just after two months taking the vitamins I’m noticing an inch of new hair growth that my stylist couldn’t even believe. Needless to say Ritual will be staying in my routine.

So, I like the vitamins. I see improvement in my skin, and my energy levels have definitely increased. However, these fish burps are brutal! The first day I took these vitamins, I ate salmon, so I didn't think twice when I had fishy-tasting burps...but then I realized they came back day after day! Finally, I realized that these vitamins must have a healthy dose of Omega 3 fish oil in them because these fish burps are consistent. These are the first vitamins that I have positively responded to, so I may just take this as an icky side effect, but I would very much like to no longer have fish burps.

I started taking the multivitamin in April in an effort to hopefully address several years of abysmal (and worsening) iron levels. I didn't want to take regular iron pills because EVERYONE says they make you sick, but the doctor was talking an infusion if I couldn't get my numbers up. I tried eating more iron, but I haven't eaten meat since 1992, so it was challenging to get more iron in my diet through veggies. These vitamins were recommended on various forums as an iron-inconclusive multi that doesn't make you sick. I thrilled to say I just got my blood work back a couple of days ago and my iron levels are MUCH improved! Will definitely keep taking these. They taste great and have never made me sick so long as I take them with a meal. (I haven't tried taking them without eating). The only other thing I've changed since April is I cook more often in my cast iron pan, per my doctor's recommendation. I don't know whether it's the vitamins or the pan, or both, but the combo seems to have done the trick! Would definitely recommend.

I really love this product and have been using it for a very very long time now and with my dietary restrictions I feel like it really helps fill in the gaps and I very much feel like it has improved my health. The one and only critique I have is I wish they did more for their subscribers, there are so many companies where maybe they surprise you with a free one or give you a new product they just launched, I am not saying I need this but it would be nice because I have spent a lot of money on products here :)

Bad fish taste and burping for rest of the day. I am a long time user of fish oil and this is by far the worst fish burping out of all of them. Very nasty.

I was taking the essential for women 18+ supplement last year, and actually hopped back onto Ritual's site for a different kind of supplement to try again this time and remembered that I should probably say something about my experience with this one! The immediate experience of taking the supplement was easy and pleasant thanks to the minty essence. I couldn't tell you much on whether it was making a difference, BUT! The reason why I stopped taking the 18+ essential is because it gave me the WORST stomachaches. Once I stopped taking that specific supplement, the stomachaches ceased. I also scoped our a Reddit thread, where I read other people had this same experience. I am also a person who has a sensitive stomach to begin with. I'm hoping that the omega-3 supplement with lemon essence works out better for me. So if you have a sensitive tummy like me, beware!

Easy to digest. Surprisingly pleasant aftertaste. Like they thought ahead of time on how pleasant this pill would be to to take. I normally don't feel any different after taking vitamins, but I take them anyway because I have to. It's no different in this case, i just don't feel any big impacts about vitamins, but at least I enjoy taking them and they are easy to take. That's all I ask for in a vitamin. An additional note is that they are fun to watch. I think they really nailed down the marketing and visual pleasure with these vitamins.

These vitamins definitely helped with energy levels and overall wellness. The mint aspect though… BAD! They actually burn my throat when taking and the sensation tends to last a few minutes later. It feels like heart burn. It’s started to mess my stomach up so I’m no longer taking and would not recommend.

I absolutely love how these make me feel, but can’t get over the fishy taste that comes up throughout the day from the DHA. I wish they removed this or decreased the amount because the mint doesn’t help.

This vitamin is fantastic. I always feel better when I use it. However, I wish they transitioned away from plastic and towards reusable containers for their vitamins. The brand Seed has an excellent model for this that Ritual should replicate: metal vitamin container at first-use, compostable sachets for following uses, multiple months of supply to reduce shipping.

The bottle says you can take with or without food, but I recommend you take these with food. The iron can cause a slight tummy ache. I could do without the mint flavor, but personal preference. Glad to get these via Target now instead of direct from the brand

I’ve been taking these for about one month now and I’ve noticed a big difference in my mood/energy. They have a mint taste which I love.. I haven’t noticed an upset stomach at all however I do take them right before bed. I will for sure be buying them again! I’ve tried so many multivitamins and this one is my favorite!!
