Received the product. Use the zipper back-and-forth a few times and realize this was not construction that was conducive to long-term use. Immediately returned before using to keep food cold.

I was disappointed in the plastic zipper. We had an older model that lasted 10 years and was still going. This plastic zipper has already separated once in its first use. We are going easy on it now, but it doesn't feel as solid as the first cooler we had.

I’ve used it a few times and it has not held ice at all. I’ve had it inside where it was cool and still had NO ice the next morning. I bought it to take to the beach and now I’m doubting if it’s going to hold up in the sun

The cooler is good, and I have no qualms with the quality. I do have an issue with the marketing of the cooler. When I purchased it, less than a month ago, it was advertised as a 40 can ultra-tough. However, now the same cooler is labeled as a 50 can ultra-tough. The cooler is very large, which can be good and can be a negative as well. It is too large for what I intended it for, and once you add the weight of the items inside and ice, it is very heavy!

Perfect small cooler, zipper is less finicky than other coolers. Keeps stuff cold, good strap system. The “pocket” is very small but can fit an opener or smaller item.

I gave this four stars because of two things: The zipper closure is super tight and I fear the amount of pull needed will eventually break the zipper. The small pocket on the front is pointless. It is so tight to the bag, you may be able to slip a piece of paper in it. Not sure why it is on there?

This is my second one of these and will continue to spread the word on these superior products. The competition cannot match the quality and economic prices. The 20-can size keeps it lightweight so anyone can carry it with the comfortable and included shoulder strap.

I was very excited to get this cooler. But after the first use, The front left corner of the zipper came apart while being zipped. It has happened every time we've used it since. I really wanted to love this purchase since we've had multiple hard coolers from your brand that seem everlasting, but this one has been a bust.

I love the product and the company but it wasnt what i needed, it was to big/bulky. And the zipper was to tough to unzip. That doesn’t mean that it’s a bad product. It just wasn’t what i needed, i needed something’ smaller but with the same amount of room. I found something but i love rtic and there products. It just depends on what you need. I still have my 2 mugs and i use 1 of them everyday.
