Cooler Lid Operation
I do not like the operation of the lid. It is hard to get open and I feel that the locking devise will break easily. It should just have one rubber strap like the bigger coolers.

Handle broke
Love the cooler but the handle broke after a less than one foot fall. I was able to some what fix it but this shouldn't of happened, especially for the price of such a small cooler

The food is kept cool nicely. However, the cover is hard to open and the handle often pinches fingers . (How to open it is not intuitive. )

Hard to open?
This was a gift for my daughter, and it works great for her - she loves it! Keeps her drinks and snacks cold all day long at school. Her only comment was that it's really hard to pry the lid open. Maybe a small adjustment like a recessed area for fingers to fit into would help? Looking forward to getting another for myself!

Does great a keeping things cool. If you stack it full of cans, there is not much room for ice. With pressure at the top or some weight, the lid pops off. Latch could be improved.

Makes a great lunchbox
I work as maintenance tech for over 160 properties. I never know where I’m going to be or what I’m going to be doing. I’m often working outdoors, or out of my van in extreme heat. I don’t like eating fast food and often don’t have the time to leave a job site to grab anything anyways. This small cooler allows me to pack healthy snacks, meals, and beverages and keeps everything cool through the work day. It is tough and solid so my food doesn’t get smooshed. Drinks stay cold all day. I am very happy with my purchase.
