The cooler is great, functional and well built. However, the handle is made of foam and ripped apart. I use this a my kids sports events, beach and on the boat.

I did love my 3gal double tap cooler. Last summer, after the first week of use, we noticed a small black spot behind the plastic inside the cooler. Didnt think nothing of it thought it was a stain, but from water, not convinced. We pulled out the cooler recently and just used it for 3 days. That black spot I now see is mold and now the black spot is bigger. We wash and dry efficiently after use. I will be filing a claim but very disappointed my favorite cooler has black mold in it.

This thing is AWESOME! Can’t wait to use it for tailgating… taking to parties. . & by the pool & on the boat!

I purchased two as Christmas gifts and they were both very excited to use them.

I liked the color the cooler everything about it. But when I emptied a bag of ice a big chunk of ice fell in the cooler and cracked the bottom of the cooler. Now it leaks. So now I use it at regular cooler

Such a convenient little water cooler! The shape is great, so sturdy, 3 gallon size is manageable to carry, padded handle ensures comfort. It has 2 taps (I haven't used both together yet) and a water level window, well insulated to keep beverages cold!.

Held 3 gallons of rum punch and kept it cool all afternoon at my pool party. Lots of positive comments from friends about it.

We purchased 6 of these for doing festival events and they are great. The spouts work well and also lock closed for moving. They serve well and are sharp looking. THE ONE issue that we have is that liquid will come out of the top when it is locked closed and you are moving it around. If that is fixed or we get some sort of gasket, it becomes a 5 all the way.

Keeps ice and liquid cold, but nowhere near a watertight or airtight seal. Very loose rubber straps are the only thing holding the lid shut. I’m just too lazy to try to return it. Will use it at home events if I remember I have it but will not be taking it to the beach as planned.

Perfect Size, keeps liquid really cold. Also can put a few cans or bottles in it and they stay super cold. Loved that I could personalize it also . Overall great cooler

But it broke after a few weeks of everyday use. It cracked from the inside and leaks now. I'm going to patch it and use it as a regular cooler so it's not a waste but disappointing. Hopefully my second one doesn't break either

I LOVE it! I've made Sangri and it kept it cool for the entire time!! I would like to suggest someone invent a way for it not to get clogged...or a way for the fruit to be added in a container inside the cooler. It is GREAT for parties and family gatherings.

It would be nice to have a way to lock the lid closed. The kids try and open it to get ice out with there dirty hands.
