Would not recommend
Been using it for a little over a year and the last few months we get “low water” alerts 1-2 hours after turning it on even though we’ve just filled it. It’s in our baby’s room so we can’t go in to unplug / restart it and ends up being off the whole night. Check it the next morning and it’s still filled with water.

Short lived
We have used this for about 16 months now. Initially we liked it, however around 12 months it started making an odd noise and the mist doesn’t stay running. The warranty only covers a year so unfortunately we are just out our money. We also really liked the app. Really disappointed in the overall longevity. We cleaned it regularly, but definitely challenging to clean. We had to purchase another brand for our baby’s room.

Cannot recommend + no replacement parts available
Bottom tab broke within a month of using it making it unusable

I love it!!
This humidifier is everything, it goes perfectly with my daughters nursery, it doesn’t make any noise, large water tank capacity, and my favorite feature is that you can control everything from the app on your phone !!

Sleek and functional
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the humidifier! Its so easy to control using the app and I love that it notifies me when the water runs out! Its been such a season of illness in our home and its definitely made a difference in helping the kids during their night time sleep. Plus it looks so sleek and fits right in with the decor in every room!

Constant Error Messages
I clean this regularly and only use distilled water. But after only a few months of regular use it constantly shows an error message saying there’s no water in the tank. Doesn’t matter how many times I clean it, it continues to show this error message, shuts off on its own and won’t operate.

Great when it works, but has LOTS of issues
When this product works as it is supposed to, I love it. But unfortunately, it has SO many issues that I had to buy a new humidifier from someone else. Recurring issues: EF error - I continue to get errors about water level (even though the water is never at the level that it is saying is erroring out). It will tell me its too high, but it's below the max fill line. It will tell me it's too low, but I just filled it and it's almost to the max fill line. It will randomly dump water into the lower base after I fill it, causing me to have to dump the base and refill again. It will cycle through this repeatedly which is exhausting and frustrating, especially when I'm just trying to fill it for my baby's bedtime. It will randomly leak all the water out the bottom - which could cause damage to our floors, rugs, etc. When it does work, I love the night mode and the automated settings. The look is nice and sleek too. It is nice to be able to control from my phone, so I can turn it on if out-of-town and Grandma forgets to.

Don't Buy, doesnt work
Throwing it in the trash. It shows the EF button that the water is too full, but it’s way below the max line. It must be broken, because it never got rid of the EF even when it was empty.

Such a awesome device!
Hands down best idea to hook up the smart phone to the humidifier! It's so nice of you have kids and it's set up in there rooms. Or even just at night If you run it in your own room, forgot to turn it on bam grab ur phone and turn it on. Don't even need to get out of bed. Definitely awesome dont miss out on this one!

Ready to use
It's very easy to use and set up. I was able to get it all set up in less than 10 min and connected to my phone. It is a great thing to have and to tell people about.

Intuitive Product
I have used this product for about a week now and I have to say I am please with it. It runs good and quiet. The only downside that I have had with it is that the reservoir is a bit small but I keep a gallon of water in a jug that I use to refill it.

Best Humidifier
Humidifiers have always been needed since my daughter was born but she always touched them & broke 2. So glad for this one with the parent lock feature. So easy to work with my phone don't have to be constantly getting up through the night! Purchasing another 2 for other rooms!

Stylish design and easy to use
I haven't used a humidifer in a long time, so it was nice to get to try this out in my baby's room. I found the connection to the app very easy to use, and really liked the design of the unit. The monitoring features are a really nice thing to have for the nursery. Small detractions for a smaller tank and a bit of trouble to set up the wifi originally.

Perfect for the kid's room!
I love this humidifier and so do my 2 and 4 year old. Their room is kept perfectly comfortable with this smart humidifier and I can control it's most strength, humidity and temp all from my phone. Plus there is a parent lock feature so even if the kids want to play with it, they can't ?? We also really like the top fill feature. You get the alert on your phone and can easily fill it back up. Also the mist strength is facial worthy - way better than other humidifier we've had! Thinking of getting another one for my room.
