Alexa voice never works ! The buttons do not work without voice activation! I have to mute it everyday to achieve the proper volume , or even having to leave on because of the buttons not working is frustrating and aggravating!

    The sound quality is absolutely horrible i’m gonna have to buy an external speaker to bring it up to halfway decent sound. The navigation with the remote is very poor. Overall I’m dissatisfied with the TV.

The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source.     After less than 6 months of use, the TV has a horizontal line through through the screen. I've tried all the "self help" options, but nothing has solved the issue. As a die hard Samsung customer (phones, TVs, appliances), my experience with this TV has shaken my confidence in the quality of Samsung products. I'm very disappointed with this TV.
