    I got 3 Samsung tv in my home I'm really love them they're could be last long 2 there about 20 years but still work great never have any problem the picture is still perfect and my my new one just bought I believe it will the same quality that I thought I stop using Sony when I got it used about a couple years the picture it was freezing and later on I through It away thank for Samsung brand I plan to buy a big one in future

    Love my Samsung 65crystal Du8000 The picture is phenomenal! I purchased in December as a gift to myself , 5 months later still happy ! However :::: the voice remote I can not say the same thing ! Alexa voice never works ! The buttons do not work without voice activation! I have to mute it everyday to achieve the proper volume , or even having to leave on because of the buttons not working is frustrating and aggravating!

    The sound quality is absolutely horrible i’m gonna have to buy an external speaker to bring it up to halfway decent sound. The navigation with the remote is very poor. Overall I’m dissatisfied with the TV.

There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience. 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume. 2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound. 3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode. Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.     After less than 6 months of use, the TV has a horizontal line through through the screen. I've tried all the "self help" options, but nothing has solved the issue. As a die hard Samsung customer (phones, TVs, appliances), my experience with this TV has shaken my confidence in the quality of Samsung products. I'm very disappointed with this TV.

    This tv would be great except for one feature --- you cannot turn off the Bluetooth. If you have neighbors who are trying to connect and are not careful, you will receive repeated notifications that block out the entire screen while you are trying to use the television. This is really annoying when playing video games. I only got this tv because my prior Samsung was amazing, but it allowed me to control things like whether the Bluetooth is on. Samsung send out an update to allow us to turn off Bluetooth. I am seriously thinking about getting an LG or just a computer monitor and throwing this television in the garbage. Samsung also collects a lot of information and does not disclose what it is collecting. It also unilaterally added news channels to my Home Screen and that cannot be removed. Basically the television removes all choice that ones has over a device.

    I bought this TV to wall mount in our new home. We mounted this very thin TV on a fixed bracket. Overall it sits one 1 1/2" from the wall. I was a little skeptical about learning a new TV operating system but Tizen works well once you get used to it. We often Airplay from portable devices and do so without any problems. I do miss Google home/Voice control. Alexa works OK but I would prefer a Google option. The picture is great. No complaints. Sound is terrible but we planned on using a SoundBar anyway. The HDMI ARC link works well and required no additional setup effort other than plugging in the cable to our ZVOX AV855. Now the bad. The remote is terrible. It's tiny, It is not backlit. When the room is dark, I have to turn a light on just to find out which tiny button I need to perform some action. It does have its own built in solar charger and battery.. that is its best feature.
