A blocked microphone hole can prevent proper sound input. Regularly clean the microphone hole, speaker, and air duct to prevent debris buildup. Use a clean, dry, soft brush or cotton swab to remove dirt. You might resolve the microphone concerns by resetting your earbuds. These headphones sound great and work well for playing games and watching movies or shows. However, they are terrible for making phone calls. The other party has trouble hearing our conversation and tends to pick up a lot of static. I have previously owned the buds and buds plus. Both of those products worked really well for everything above. Unfortunately, these did not work like I anticipated.

I'm very happy as my FE buds since I use them on noise canceling mode when I go to sleep at night to block out the sound of my husband's CPAP machine. They work well except they only last for about 6 hours.

The ear buds work fine, but the tracking makes them easy to lose! There is no way to find them unless the case is open which doesn't help at all if you've misplaced them. It will only show the last place you opened the case. So, my daughter opened the case to put her earbuds in to charge on the bus. She put them in her bag and came home. We cannot find them and the only information the tracking app gives us is when she opened the case on the bus. We don't know if they fell out on the bus, or on the walk home, or in her room. It's useless and now I have to get another pair, but I'll find ones that can be tracked properly if lost.

These are the best Samsung headphones that ever came out. They are extremely comfortable I can keep them in my ears for long periods of time. I have every single Samsung headphone and out of all of them I use these the most. Obviously everything came be controlled from your phone you can find the headphone if you lose it each headphone individually if lost it does let out a beep not extremely loud but it does help you find them and I know that because my daughter lost them in the grass it took us a little bit but we found it and it was buried in the grass like somebody had stepped on it. Lol (probably us looking for it) you will not be disappointed

I bought these ear buds twice, and I realized they are great ear buds for the 1st year. Then, one bud becomes harder to hear or goes out completely like my last set.

Recently these were washed and dried, one was not working the other was so I still use them for working outdoors. Because after purchasing Samsung pros I realized I did not like them as much as my FE's. The pros did not stay in my ear as well. But just recently the other FE earbud started working!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my opinion I believe that the galaxy buds fe do have slight better audio than the first generation galaxy buds but dont fit the same on the outer ear part. They do a good job on not going all the way in but the outer fit is weird. For the price you get what you pay for in the sense of better audio quality but for the microphone quality it doesn't sound good at all.
