The absolute worst ear buds I ever owned and the pro are not much better. The sound and everything is good but they will not... I repeat will not stay in your ears.. horrible design.

I really like these earbuds overall. The pinch and volume controls take a little getting used to after using AirPods for a few years, but they work well once you adjust. The sound is decently loud, and the battery life on both the buds and the case is excellent—it lasts a long time. That said, the fit is my biggest issue. The earbuds are a bit bulky and constantly fall out of my ears, which makes it uncomfortable to wear them for extended periods. I even end up wearing them upside down in the opposite ear just to get a more secure fit. Overall, they have great sound and battery life, but the fit holds them back from being perfect.

They fit really comfortably and don’t fall out, even if you’re walking around or exercising. The sound is clear with strong bass, but not too heavy, so music and podcasts sound great. Noise canceling works really well—it blocks out background noise when you want quiet, and the ambient mode makes it easy to hear what’s going on around you. Calls are super clear too, and people on the other end say they can hear me without background noise. The battery lasts a long time, and just a quick charge gives hours of use, which is super convenient. They connect instantly to my phone, and the touch controls make it easy to skip songs or adjust volume.

These worked great for about 3 weeks, then randomly started to not hold a charge after 2-3 hours. Kept having issues getting either bud to start charging, would have to remove and reinsert multiple times until finally it would start to charge. Now neither bud will charge and the case light stays flashing red even when connected to usb-c.

Added these to my cart Because they gave me a really good price When I was buying a new watch. Thought I was getting the pro with the rubber tips. But apparently wasn't paying attention. These are okay, they don't stay in the ear near as well as the ones with the rubber tips, and I really don't like how they go back into the case. My older buds pro would self orientate with the magnets, but these You have to fiddle with them too much. They have to fit perfectly to go into the case. Sound quality is good, about what was expected. Nothing great or really bad about them.

I've had many different types of ear buds from Samsung and these honestly are the best fitting when it comes to fitting in your ear and comfort. Only hiccup is not the easiest to clean.

They constantly fall out regardless of the tip size or how much I push them into my ear. They began making this high pitched squeaking noise when pulling them out of the case and if I have the buds close to each other. The noise is worse if the buds touch. I wouldn't buy them again.

To ensure a perfect fit, we recommend trying the fit test available in the Wearable app. Also, when using Active Noise Canceling, Adaptive, or Ambient Sound modes, the sound is adjusted through the sub-microphone located on the outer edge of the earbuds. If the area around the sub-microphone is touched or covered while putting the buds on, taking them off, or adjusting them, it could create a beeping or howling sound.
