A: No these are not individually wrapped. Once you open the outer plastic that contains all the rolls, the rolls do not have another wrapper. All you will see is toilet paper.
A: I just picked some up last week. Inside the plastic wrap they were individually wrapped. I believe this is because of Covid and the mfg making less choices.
A: Just wanted to add my experience, the packages I got did not have individual wrap on them. Hope this helps someone. :)
A: Scott Expert did not answer the question. Is each roll individually wrapped with the SCOTT Logo paper?
A: Hi, glmclark - These packages will almost always arrive without inner plastic wrap. Thanks!

A: We're sad to hear about this. This is certainly not what we'd expect, and please know we work hard to ensure this doesn't happen, even with those who ship, store and sell our products. Feel free to give us a call at 1-877-856-7268 (Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm CST) when you have a minute so that we can learn more and try to help. Thank you.
A: Hi Mandy! Though we already use some recycled fibers in our products, Kimberly-Clark remains committed to reducing our use of virgin fiber (from natural forests) in our tissue products by 50% by 2025 through the use of alternate fiber types such as recycled fibers, plantation-grown fibers and alternative non-wood fibers. Above and beyond that, we're always looking at how we can balance the quality of our products with the smallest footprint. We're continuing to find ways to improve our processes & the life cycles of our products. Feel free to visit our website for more info. We hope this helps!
