Book Synopsis
Over 90% of cyber security incidents invoke human action, decisions, or errors. When users are unknowingly manipulated to bypass technical security controls attackers prevail. Traditional cybersecurity resources focus heavily on technical solutions, leaving non-technical vulnerabilities unaddressed. This book fills that void by providing a comprehensive guide for business and IT professionals to develop and improve cybersecurity awareness programs. It goes beyond basic compliance measures and offers practical strategies to create a security-aware culture that actively involves employees in mitigating risks. The book is designed to help organizations transition from outdated, compliance-based programs to dynamic, adaptive frameworks that prioritize human-centered defenses. This resource is the ideal guide for organizations and IT professionals looking to reduce risk, strengthen security posture, and build a more resilient workforce against cyber threats. The content is packed with practical advice and tools to drive meaningful change in organizational behavior and security practices.
